We were delighted to host our first Hot Choc with the Headteacher of the academic year, celebrating 10 pupils from across the school who have achieved the highest number of positive behaviour points!
It was lovely to see our pupils enjoying a well-deserved hot chocolate with Mr. Deeks as a reward for their efforts. A huge well done to all our pupils for their hard work and positive attitudes. We look forward to celebrating more achievements throughout the year!
Recognising Good Behaviour
Each half term, 2 students from each year group are selected to enjoy treats and hot drinks with the Headteacher, in celebration of their successes, this is based on the amount of Positive Points they have received.
Positive points are given by all staff to pupils who perform above and beyond of what is expected of them, make good choices and live out our school values (Belonging, Aspiration & Respect).
The points are a way of noticing the positives in our pupils for wanting to play an active role in our school and wanting to achieve their potential. Points can be used to redeem prizes via the rewards shop and will be recognised through events such as trips, assemblies and pizza parties.
