Year 8 Meet the Employers Event: Tuesday 2nd February 2027
Would you like to broaden careers awareness of your sector, help raise aspirations and inspire our students?
If so, we are looking for enthusiastic and engaging volunteers who would like to talk to our students about their job and the organisation they work for. We want to show our students what is possible whilst challenging career stereotypes too.
This event will be conducted in a 'speed dating' style to give students multiple encounters with a variety of different sectors. Please express your interest by completing our sign-up form. We are looking for a mixture of sectors that may include;
Arts and Media, Business and Finance, Construction, Property and Architecture,
Engineering,Hospitality, Food and Sport, Law and Public safety,
Manufacturing and Maintenance, Medicine and Health, Plants, Land and Animals,
Politics and Social care, Sales and Marketing, Science and Technology or Transport and Logistics.
